Accessing Statements

Statements and Reporting

Your statements will be available between the 7th and 10th of the following month.

Logging In and Accessing Statements

  • Merchant IDs beginning with 444, 01, 08, click here.
  • Merchant IDs beginning with 5200, click here.
  • Merchant IDs beginning with 4983, 4987, 5121, 5179, 5185, 5347, 5353,

If your MID is one of the following and you have never logged in before or need assistance with retrieving your credentials, please get in touch with Support so we can assist:

Merchant IDs beginning with 444, 01, 08

Once logged into Stax Pay, you can access your statements by following these steps:​​
  1. On the lefthand menu, click REPORTS.

  2.  Find the report titled Fee Statements and click Open.

  3.   The statements are grouped by individual months. You can choose the month you need to view by selecting the corresponding line item.

  4.   Click Download to view a statement in PDF format.

Merchant IDs beginning with 5200


Once logged into IQ, you can access your statements by following these steps:

  1. Click Get Statement on the right-hand side of the home page.
     
  2. Click the + icon under Select an Identity to populate your Merchant ID.
  3. Select the date range for which you want to view the statements and click Get Reports.

    Please note: The date range must be 60 days or less. Statements will be available for the last 12 months of your processing history with Stax.
     
  4. Click on the search result displayed to download your statement.

              Once logged into Access One, you can access your statements by following these steps:
            1. Click Statements on the top men of the home page.

            2. Click Statements from the drop-down menu.

            3. Select the statement month you want to download from the drop-down menu and click Search.

      Merchant IDs beginning with 5544 and 8739

                Once logged into MxMerchant, you can access your statements by following these steps:
      1. From the Dashboard, click the Account tab on the left-hand side of the page.

        2.   Click Merchant Services.

        2.   Click on the Statements tab.

        3.   Select the statement month to view the statement.

      Merchant IDs beginning with 5436, 3930

              Once logged into Translink, you can access your statements by following these steps:
      1. Once verified, Click Statement on the left-hand side of the page.

      2. Choose a month and then click on Create Report to generate the statement.
