A receipt is a record of the transaction for both you and your customer. A receipt can help a buyer recall what a charge was for, and in the event of a dispute, can help you represent yourself.

If you process using one of our Dejavoo products you are able to access Denovo. Denovo gives a merchant the ability to see live transactions, batch reports, and pull any receipt at any time. If you have a Dejavoo with a touch screen, then the signature captured on the screen will also be uploaded to the Denovo receipts.
