      Creating a Login for AccessMyIQ

      This is only applicable to the accounts with the merchant ID that start with '52000'. 

      How to Create a Login:

      1. Navigate to AccessMyIQ.
      2. Fill in the required information and submit the request.

      You can also call AccessMyIQ Support at (877) 744-5300 - their support team will be able to sign you up for an account.

      AccessMyIQ Benefits: 

      • Access to detailed monthly fee statements
      • Transaction reconciliation and research  
      • Dispute/chargeback management (Must have Dispute Manager enabled with Stax)
      • Download digital 1099k reports
      • Access to your annual RAAP report
