To adjust the date or time on your Dejavoo machine, please follow these steps:
1. From the main credit sale screen select F1
2. Select UTILITY
3. Select SETTINGS
4. Select DATE AND TIME
5. If the date on the screen is correct, press the GREEN OK key. If it is incorrect, please type in the new date in the following format: MM/DD/YY
6. If the time on the screen is correct, press the GREEN OK key. If it is incorrect, please type in the new time in 24 hour (military) time using the following format: HH:MM:SS
7. Press the RED X key until back on the sale screen
A friendly reminder to update the time on the machine during daylight saving changes. The machine does not update automatically.
It is very important that the date and time are correct on the machine to avoid any processing issues.
