      Dejavoo Z9: Enabling 3G

      To enable 3G connection on your Dejavoo Z9 device, please use the following steps:

      1. From the main screen tap the THREE LINES icon to access the SERVICES menu
      2. Tap Core Menu
      3. Select UTILITY and enter in manager password: 1234.
      4. Select COMMUNICATIONS.
      5. Select LOCAL PARMS.
      6. Select 3G/GPRS.
      7. Select STATUS.
      8. Select RECONNECT.
      9. The terminal will display GPRS Connecting…
      10. Once connected the main screen will display the 3G icon at the top of the screen.
      11. Tap the 3G icon and it will give you the details of the connection.
      12. If the terminal reads 'LAN Active', look for your network IP address to display.
      13. Tap PING menu option on touch screen models.
      14. Select the number 2 on the keypad for PING GOOGLE.
      15. If terminal displays PING SUCCESS, you are ready to begin processing. Attempt a test sale to confirm approval receipt.
