Developers: Using Zapier to Trigger Events in Other Applications

Learn how to use Zapier to trigger events in other applications based on events that occur in your Stax account.

Zapier is an application that is used to connect apps into customized workflows that are meaningful for your business. Anytime you want a specific action to take place between Stax and another application, you can use Zapier to create a "Zap" to accomplish the integration.

In order to integrate Stax with Zapier, you will need a Zapier account and access to the Stax API, Webhooks, and API Keys. Your Stax account may need to be upgraded to access these features. Please reach out to support by email at or through chat for access.

  1. To get started, visit the Stax integration page on and start creating a new Zap by choosing an app to connect with, for example, Google Sheets.

   2. Select New Payment as the trigger event, select any action based on connecting App you chose above.

3. Select or add your Stax account. Paste your API Key as copied from your Stax account. You can find your API Keys here: API Keys Page (you must be logged into your Stax account).


4. Once all of your required fields have been set up, you can turn on your zap!
