Zapier is an application that is used to connect apps into customized workflows that are meaningful for your business. Anytime you want a specific action to take place between Stax and another application, you can use Zapier to create a "Zap" to accomplish the integration.
In order to integrate Stax with Zapier, you will need a Zapier account and access to the Stax API, Webhooks, and API Keys. Your Stax account may need to be upgraded to access these features. Please reach out to support by email at support@fattmerchant.com or through chat for access.
Below are the advanced steps for using Zapier to connect events in your Stax account with actions in another platform.
Example: You process a transaction in Stax, and you want to add information from that transaction (customer name, email, total amount paid) into a Google Spreadsheet.
- Navigate to the webhooks settings in your Stax account.
- Select the Event
- Enter your target URL from Zapier
- Select Save
- Navigate to Zapier
- Start a Zap
- Select Webhooks by Zapier
- Choose your Trigger
- Test the Step by executing a payment in Stax Pay.
- Choose an Action
- Choose Account
- Edit Template
- Test the step
- Name your Zap and turn it on
