Understand what Zapier can do for you and the options you have for integrating your Stax account with other applications.
Zapier is an application that is used to connect apps into customized workflows that are meaningful for your business. Anytime you want a specific action to take place between Stax and another application, you can use Zapier to create a "Zap" to accomplish the integration.
In order to integrate Stax with Zapier, you will need a Zapier account and access to the Stax API, Webhooks, and API Keys. Your Stax account may need to be upgraded to access these features. Please reach out to support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through chat for access.
There are 2 primary cases for when you will use Zapier in addition to Stax:
Option 1 : An event occurs in your Stax account, and you need that event to trigger something in another platform.
Example: You process a transaction in Stax, and you want to add information from that transaction (customer name, email, total amount paid) into a Google Spreadsheet.
