How to Cancel Your Stax Membership
Your membership with Stax has no penalty for termination of service. However, we require 30 days written notice before the cancellation date. If the bill date falls within the final 30-day period then this will be the final bill.
We value all of our members and would love to hear from you if your expectations of our technology, savings, and service are not being met.
