Importing Customer Data and Catalog Information into Stax Pay

In order to import customer data or catalog information you will need to follow the steps below. Please note, the information you are uploading should not include any confidential information such as credit card information.

  1. Download the following templates depending on your import needs.
    1. Catalog Import Template
    2. Customer Import Template
  2. Fill in the template with the data you are importing into Stax Pay.
  3. Once the data is filled in accordingly, submit a support ticket to with the templates attached.
  4. A support agent will reach out once they receive the documentation. This process typically takes 3-5 business days, and you will be notified once completed.
