      How to login to Translink

      This article is for merchants whose Merchant IDs (MID) begin with 5436 or 3930 and will guide you through logging into Translink Merchant Portal.

      To log in to Translink:

      1. Navigate to the Translink Merchant Portal.
      2. Enter your Merchant ID, and Password, then click Login.


      3. Select the form of Multi-Factor Authentication method.
      4. Enter the code and click Verify OTP.

       

      Registering an Account

      If this is your first time logging in to Translink, follow the directions below to create your Translink Account.

      1. Navigate to the Translink Merchant Portal.
      2. Click Register on the bottom right corner of the login window.


      3. Enter your Merchant ID, create a password, enter and verify your email, then choose a verification tactic (DDA/SSN/Tax ID) and enter your chosen number below.

        1. Note: Your Merchant ID will be your username.
      4. Click Register.
      5. Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for both SMS and email.
      6. Once MFA is set up, you will be requested to enter an MFA code to log in.

      Note: Only one login per merchant may be registered. Please provide a Tax ID, SSN, or DDA for verification. For additional logins, please get in touch at 1.800.654.9256.
