I have submitted my application online
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our underwriting department. Underwriting will ensure that all necessary documentation is in order and that the applying business meets all compliance standards set by Stax, the card brands, and U.S. government regulations. If any clarification or additional paperwork is needed, you will be contacted directly by an underwriter or your payment consultant.

The approval of your account will be announced to you by your payment consultant, who will also introduce you to your dedicated account manager. Your account manager will guide you through an onboarding process specific to your business and the platform you will use to accept payments.
