Stax Connect: Linking Pre-Existing Users to New Locations

There are two ways to submit the request for Stax to link pre-existing users to other locations. Please make sure the user is already created within Stax before completing the following steps.

Submitting a Form Through Stax Connect: 

1. Login to the Stax Connect portal. 
2. Click the “Support” tab and fill out all required fields. 
   1. Subject
   2. Description - please include the users email address, and the Merchant ID in which they need linked to
   3. Business Name
   4. Merchant ID (MID)

Submitting a Request Via Email: 

1. Create an email addressed to partnersupport@fattmerchant.com
2. Include the following information in your email: 
   1. Business Name
   2. Merchant ID (MID)
   3. The users email address and the Merchant ID in which they need linked to
