Add custom fields to your customer profiles with Customer Settings!
If you need to include additional fields with your customer profiles, you can add as many as you need within the Customer Settings section in Omni. Advanced Customization is required.
To get started:
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Customer Settings
- Select your Customer Display setting from the dropdown (customer name or company name)
- Add custom fields (if needed)
The use of custom fields is perfect for anyone that needs to include information with their customer profiles that isn't included in the default profile. Examples of custom fields include:
- Client ID
- Parent Name
- Spouse Name
