A Per Transaction Limit, also known as the High Ticket, is a limit set on the merchant's account that prevents them from processing any transaction over said limit.
To request an increase in this per transaction limit on behalf of the merchant, please submit a request via Stax Connect through a support ticket with the following information.
- Merchant ID (PMID)
- Merchant Business or Legal Name
- 3 Most recent bank statement
- Requested High Ticket Amount
Once we receive the above information, you will hear back from our team within one business day on the status of the requested high ticket. Updating the Per Transaction Limit can take 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
