The Advanced Customization tool in Stax Pay allows you to tailor the appearance of invoices, receipts, and website payments so you can ensure a consistent brand experience for your customers from start to finish.
Advanced Customization provides users with the ability to:
- Customize Colors
- Use the color picker to add your business’ custom colors to your:
- receipts
- invoices
- website payments page
- Use the color picker to add your business’ custom colors to your:
- Add Custom Fields
- Ensure that you are including all of the information that you need while creating an invoice (example: Client ID. Omni does not include a field for client ID by default because not every business has client ID's. With advanced customization, you can add any fields that are specific to your business). You can add these fields to:
- Invoices
- Customers - Ensure that your customer is prompted to enter the information you need while paying their invoice
- Users - Ensure that your internal team is prompted to add information that may not be included in Omni while creating an invoice
- Website Payments
- Create custom fields to display on your website payments page. Ensure that all important details are submitted with your payment. Whether you require a patient ID number, case number, or other custom field - you now have the flexibility to add new fields based on your business needs! Plus - custom field entries are completely searchable, making it simple to find a payment when you’re looking for it!
- Customer Profiles
- Ensure that you are including all of the details you need while creating a customer profile. (i.e. Client ID)
- Invoices
- Ensure that you are including all of the information that you need while creating an invoice (example: Client ID. Omni does not include a field for client ID by default because not every business has client ID's. With advanced customization, you can add any fields that are specific to your business). You can add these fields to:
- Hide Stax logos
- Prefer to hide Stax signature logos? Not a problem - simply use the checkbox to hide Fattmerchant’s logo from invoices, receipts, and website payment pages

Advanced Customization is quick and simple to set up, and does not require any programming to get started!
To get started with Advanced Customization:
- Navigate to the Advanced Customization app in the app marketplace
- Click Subscribe
- Enable color pop (Optional)
- Click the checkbox titled "Color Pop Enabled"
- Enter the desired hexcode for your business
- Hide Stax logos (Optional)
- Click the checkbox titled "Hide Stax logos"
- Set up custom fields (Optional)
