      Stax Pay: Locating a Refund or Failed Payment Attempts

      Stax Pay makes detailed record keeping of your refunds, and finding failed payments easy with automatic filters.

      To locate a refund in Stax Pay:

      1. Click the Payments tab on the left-hand menu.

      2. Select Refunds or Failed Attempts directly to the right of the menu.



      3. These views will show all refunds processed or failed attempts to process and can be filtered and searched just like payments.
