      Stax Pay Mobile: Void/Refund

      1. Access payment history by clicking Payments and selecting the transaction to be voided/refunded.


      2. Select void/refund.
      3. An authorization will occur and a success notification will display.
      4. Tap Send Receipt to email the customer the void/refund confirmation.
