Stax Pay: Queued Payments
A queued payment status is a status that you might encounter in Stax Pay if we receive an uncommon response from the processor. A queued payment is usually successful on the backend but appears in your payments list as queued.
A common question about queued payments is whether the payment was successfully processed. If you see a payment labelled as queued in your payments list, the best option is for you to verify the payment with Stax Support. You do not need to charge your customer again.
