Stax Pay & QuickBooks Online Pro Sync: Keyed Payments for Existing Customers

With the QuickBooks Online Pro Sync, every time you process a quick payment in Stax Pay with an existing customer, the payment will automatically sync to QuickBooks Online without duplicating the customer.

To process a Keyed Payment:

1. Navigate to Stax Pay and select Take a Payment
2. Enter the customer’s name and select the name from the dropdown list. The existing customer’s payment information will populate for you to select.
3. Select the card number
4. Enter any additional notes you may need
5. Enter the amount
6. Select Charge
