Easily sync your Stax Pay account with your QuickBooks Online account to save time managing payments, customers, invoices, and more.
Getting started withe the QuickBooks online sync with Stax Pay is easy.
- Select Apps within Stax Pay
- Select QuickBooks Online Sync and select Open
There are two options when setting up the QuickBooks Online Pro Sync
- Sync one Stax Pay account to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Sync two or more accounts from Stax Pay to one account in QuickBooks Online.
To get started with syncing One Stax Pay account to your QuickBooks Online account:
- Select Open within the QuickBooks Online Sync module
- Select Enable Sync Pro
- Select 2-Way (recommended)
- Select Connect
- You will be prompted to log in to your QuickBooks Online account (if you are not already logged in).
All customers, invoices, payments, and catalog items will now sync between Stax Pay and QuickBooks Online. When the sync is being performed, you do not need to stay on the page, you can navigate to any other page in your browser if needed and the sync will continue until finished.
To get started syncing two or more accounts in Stax Pay to one QuickBooks Online account:
- Select Open within the QuickBooks Online Sync module
- Select Enable Sync Pro
- Choose the option for Selective 1-way
- *You must choose this option when syncing multiple accounts
- Select Confirm
- You will be prompted to log in to your QuickBooks Online account (if you are not already logged in).
- Once the integration is complete, you will be brought back to Stax Pay.
- Select the next account from the dropdown in the top right corner.
- *Follow steps 2-6 again
*The first time the sync is initiated, all unpaid invoices in QuickBooks Online will be uploaded to Stax Pay. After the initial upload, transactions will only be sent from Stax Pay to your QuickBooks Online account.
