Stax Connect: Submitting a Refund on an Integrated Dejavoo Terminal

This will apply to terminals that are connected to the Stax Pay website and should display "POS Online" if it is integrated.

Turning the Bypass On:

1. Press the Green key or F1 
2. Select Utility
3. Select Communications
4. Select Local Parm.
5. Select Spin
6. Select Turn Spin Bypass
7. Set to ON
8. Press the Red X to Main Screen

Issuing the Refund: 

1. From the Credit/Sale screen: Select the Yellow button
2. Select Return
3. Main screen will now show: Credit/Return
4. Enter the return amount and press OK
5. Press OK if the correct amount is showing as ($-)
6. Tap, insert, swipe, or enter card #
7. Green button to bypass cv2, zip code etc
8. Then the receipt prints
9. Turn Bypass back off so its integrated again

Turning the Bypass Off: 

1. Press the Green key or F1 
2. Select Utility
3. Select Communications
4. Select Local Parm.
5. Select Spin
6. Select Turn Spin Bypass
7. Set to OFF
8. Press the Red X to Main Screen
