Update Contact Information on Receipts or Invoices

Occasionally, company information like business address, email, or business phone number displayed on your business’ printed receipts or invoices may need to be updated.

If you use the Stax Pay Platform and would like to update the information that is printed on your receipts, invoices, or website payments page, please contact Support.

If you are using a terminal and would like to update the address, phone number, or other company information, you can update the information from a terminal level, but you will also need to to contact Support update the backend file to ensure all of your information is up to date for our records. Until the backend file is updated, the new information you have provided may not be up to date on your receipts.
