Updating The Merchants Bank Account On File

To update the merchants bank account on file, please submit a support request via Stax Connect with the following information: 
  • Merchant ID (PMID)
  • Merchant Business or Legal Name
  • One of the following: 
    • Signed bank letter on letterhead with the new account information
    • Voided business check with merchants legal name or DBA on it
Once the following documentation has been received, you will hear back from our team within one business day with a status on the change requested. The total process can take 3-5 business days to go into effect. You will receive an email notification when the process is complete.
