Updating Your Bank Account

To update your bank accounts, log into your Fattmerchant account at omni.fattmerchant.com. You’ll be able to submit all of the necessary information to us through your account. Need help logging in? Submit a Request Form and our team would be happy to help!

  1. Select settings from the sidebar
  2. On the account tab, select the Update Account button
  3. Select the type of ACH changes you need to update
  4. Fill out your information in the HelloSign form, and submit


Once the form has been submitted you will receive an email from support with your ticket number and the request for your Void Check or Bank Letter. Please respond to the email with the void check/bank letter attached.
