Updating Your Bank Account

To update your bank account, log into your Stax Pay account. You can submit all of the necessary information to us through your account.

  1. Select Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Under the Account tab, scroll to the bottom of the page.
    Select the "Update Account" button.


  3. Select the type of ACH changes you need to update.

  4. Fill out your information in the HelloSign form, and click Continue & Sign.

Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email from support indicating if there is other follow-up information required. Please note bank account changes can take up to 10 business days to be completed.
