Verifone: PIN pad Initialization

If the message “PIN pad initiation needed press any key” is displayed when trying to run a sale, follow the instructions below:

 

  1.     From the Sales screen select the green key
  2.     Use the far right purple key to scroll down
  3.    Select Initialize

 

 

If you still receive an error saying, ‘PIN pad initialized failed’ please call our support team at 855-550-3288 Option 2.
