Verifone: PIN pad Initialization
If the message “PIN pad initiation needed press any key” is displayed when trying to run a sale, follow the instructions below:
- From the Sales screen select the green key
- Use the far right purple key to scroll down
- Select Initialize
If you still receive an error saying, ‘PIN pad initialized failed’ please call our support team at 855-550-3288 Option 2.
