Verifone: Refunds and Voids

To process a void, from the main Sale/Void/Refund screen:

1. Press the F3 key for VOID
2. To void the the last transaction, select YES. For another transaction, select NO
3. If NO previously selected, choose either Invoice # (number on receipt)  or Acct # (last 4 digits of card) to retrieve specific transaction and then select YES to confirm transaction to be voided
4. The terminal flashes an approval response and prints receipt

To process a refund, from the main Sale/Void/Refund screen:

1. Press the F4 key for REFUND
2. Enter the amount to be refunded and select ENTER
3. Tap (contactless only), Insert, Swipe or Manually Enter Card Number
4. If manually entering card number, press ENTER and then enter the expiration date. Billing ZIP Code and CVV can be bypassed by pressing ENTER
5. The terminal flashes an approval response and prints receipt
