      Verifone: Unlocking the Keyboard

      If you’re seeing the message on your terminal of “Locked Keyboard”and it won’t allow you to run any transactions, follow the instructions below:

      1.     Press and hold down the 8 key for a three seconds and then release
      2.     Enter the password 1 Alpha Alpha (purple key in the middle) 66831 or 11739
      3.     It will display ‘Keyboard lock yes or no’
      4.     Select No
      5.     Select the Red X key until you are back on the sale screen

       

      *If you’ve tried both passwords and are unable to unlock the keyboard please contact us at 855-550-3288 Option 2.
